G-Force + POWER BANDS Kit allows to exercise on a multi-planar space and to mimic and recreate everyday movements with an incredible smoothness and authenticity (swim strokes, nordic ski strokes, as well as mixed martial arts fighting techniques for enhanced training effect, to train speed and agility drills, to make you faster and stronger with shadow boxing, punching speed and toning).
This is great for working your joints, increasing and strengthening natural movement patterns used in daily activities, often characterized by sudden acceleration and deceleration.
Use the (included) POWER BANDS CONNECTOR accessory to connect G-FORCE with the POWER Bands.
The black strap wraps the POWER BAND and reduce the stress on the rubber (no pinching or squeezing), while you secure it passing through the double buckle system of the second component. Then you connect the G-Force Pulley to the buckle left free.
For swimmers, watermen and triathletes to improve their musculature out of the water, doing functional and specific movements (mimic specific stroke mechanics of freestyle and breaststroke style) to gain strength and endurance that should translate to more power in the water.

Although we swim using arms and legs don’t forget that the transmission of power between the limbs is due to the core: a strong core help keeping the body streamline by making the paddling and the kicking more powerful. You can reinforce your core doing the many exercises that the G-Force kit allows to do.
Improve punching power, cardiovascular endurance and overall muscular endurance through repetition. The system force the muscles to work harder and grow stronger, with patterns that are similar to the sport, providing resistance across the entire range of motion in the direction of the punches.
The training is dynamic. You manage the resistance by moving farther or closer to the anchoring point. It helps with explosiveness and also with bringing the weight into the punches. The whole body is in motion and work against the force applied.
Speed comes from your fast twitch muscle fibers. Building muscles will not make you slower: If you didn't have muscles you would not be able to move.
You need muscle mass to be able to perform explosive movements. Power exercises should generally be performed directly after your warm-up and mobility as explosive power exercises are highly neurologically taxing.
The Kit includes 3 bands with different resistance (Light, Medium and Intense) and 1 Ring Handle that allows to hold the band firmly (without the discomfort of pressure points and friction when you hold the bands in your hand.
With resistance bands you can train in any direction (not only against the force of gravity, as with a dumbbell): you can pull forward and upward, you can push backward and downward, as well as perform rotational movements, even combining the moves in a fluid manner.
They are great for targeting stabilizing muscles, and to assist you in bodyweight exercises as pull-ups, push-up, squat...
Power Bands can bring seriuos value to your workouts thanks to the "ACCOMODATING RESISTANCE": the farther you pull a resistance band, the more it quite literally “resists” you. Take a biceps curl. Curl the dumbbell upwards, and there comes a point where the curl actually gets “easy” for your biceps, near the top of the motion. The length of the lever that challenges your biceps decreases as you finish the exercise, meaning gravity can no longer create challenge with the dumbbell (and your muscle no longer needs to create as much force to fight that challenge).
With a resistance band, as you near the top, it doesn’t get easier; instead, you have to work to earn the squeeze at the top of the curl. The stretched band is fighting you more, forcing you to accelerate through the entire range of motion and challenging your muscle fibers in a different way. You’ll have to squeeze your muscles extra-hard to fight banded resistance, a habit that will improve your dumbbell training, too.
The Ring Handle allows to hold the band firmly (without the discomfort of pressure points and friction when you hold the bands in your hand), and allows multiple grip positions (underhand, overhand, hammer grip and other angles to train with maximum comfort):
- with just one hand for maximum intensity and unilateral moves;
- with 2 hands to exert full power with bilateral exercises and rotational moves;
- you can also train without the handle for many multi compound, legs and bodyweight exercises.

With standard (static) suspension training systems, the straps are pinched together in the centre and cannot be altered, providing some kind of stability.
The inclusion of a central pulley means that the handles can be used to control the length of the strap on either side of the pulley as the strap is drawn back and forward through the pulley itself. The friction is strongly reduced and it allows greater unilateral motion. Greater unilateral movements provide disruptive torques that contribute to instability.
This significantly increase the amount of effort and strength required to control and balance the system while in use.
So the highest core and upper extremities muscle activation is induced by pulley suspension systems (Journal of Sports Science and Medicine, September 2014).
In SUSPENSION EXERCISES, Co-contraction is the key physiological difference with other forms of training: the number of muscles activated to control movement is higher, as muscles on both sides of a joint (or group of joints) contract to increase stability and to prevent unwanted movement.
In PULLEY SUSPENSION EXERCISES, the even higher instability produce an increased level of co-contraction around the limbs and all stabilizer muscles.
