G-FORCE PULLEY SUSPENSION WORKOUT + HANDLEBAR is the only training tool that allows to improve your performance with a system that is functional and very specific to your sport (Bike riding, Hang-gliding, Windsurfing and Kitesurfing, Stand Up Paddle and Rowing sports).

The hunched over posture that a biker (on a motorbike or on a bicycle) holds when riding, can put lot of stress on back, neck, shoulders and arms. To limit this struggle, you have to reinforce those muscles. And while the legs are a major source of power in cycling, the muscles that make up the core are the foundation. This is where all movement begins, including the circular motion of pedaling.

Using G-FORCE + HANDLEBAR you can reinforce those muscles with compound exercises on non-riding days to improve your strength, stability, and flexibility on the bike.

The high instability induced by the pulley produce an increased level of co-contraction around the limbs and all stabilizer muscles. The gravity that constantly acts upon the rest of the body provides excellent CORE training (muscle contraction occurs to hold hips, torso and back in good alignment), making of every exercise a total body workout. Arms and shoulders are working non-stop to hold your weight.

Windsurf & kite training

Build strength and endurance for your next Windsurf and Kitesurf session. Get back in the water with your hands, forearms, arms, shoulders and back, fully reinforced and ready with a specific training that you can do all year long in the comfort of your house.

The system allows to recreate all pull movements that you would do in the water. You can flow from one move to the next without stops (as in a windsurf ride). You can increase or decrease the resistance by changing the body's angle. The system can be extremely heavy on your muscles.

rowing & sup training

Develop rowing power using your body weight as a resistance. The system allows to mimic and recreate all rowing and pulling movements with an incredible smoothness and authenticity (you can exercise with left or right paddling for SUP training, or symmetric rowing patterns for kayak and canoe sports). 

This training is very intense as the muscles work no-stop the positive and negative phase of the rowing movements, as you have to control both the tension and the release of the handlebar: this motion recruits your stabilizing muscles and build arms and core strength.

It allows the practice of the WIDEST RANGE OF FITNESS EXERCISES in a single piece of gear (more than 250 exercises), it's physically CHALLENGING (to workout with heavy resistance), FUNCTIONAL AND VERY SPECIFIC to all our sport needs (for strength, endurance, explosive, acrobatic movements), FUN AND INSPIRING (as it's hard to have"long term discipline and constancy"), it's PORTABLE (to use at home, at the gym, when traveling), and EXPANDABLE (if you are like us, you want to train for all your sports).

With standard (static) suspension training systems, the straps are pinched together in the centre and cannot be altered, providing some kind of stability. 

The inclusion of a central pulley means that the handles can be used to control the length of the strap on either side of the pulley as the strap is drawn back and forward through the pulley itself. The friction is strongly reduced and it allows greater unilateral motion. Greater unilateral movements provide disruptive torques that contribute to instability.

This significantly increase the amount of effort and strength required to control and balance the system while in use.

So the highest core and upper extremities muscle activation is induced by pulley suspension systems (Journal of Sports Science and Medicine, September 2014).

In SUSPENSION EXERCISESCo-contraction is the key physiological difference with other forms of training: the number of muscles activated to control movement is higher, as muscles on both sides of a joint (or group of joints) contract to increase stability and to prevent unwanted movement.

In PULLEY SUSPENSION EXERCISES, the even higher instability produce an increased level of co-contraction around the limbs and all stabilizer muscles.

It can be used by all fitness levels and for all needs. By leveraging your body weight and using the pulley, G-FORCE offers the possibility for progression by increasing the load for further challenges. 

It allows to work on your form and perfect some of the trickiest gym moves. From the perfect squat, to a single-leg squat, to a plank, using the G-FORCE can help you push that little bit deeper and really nail the move (so there are plenty of transferable skills to help you improve in sport, or just generally be a better-functioning human).
