- English lesson, English Books and videos;

- Timing: 1 DAY (4 to 6 hours), from 08:30 AM (LOS ANGELES TIME ZONE)
- Instructors: Luca and Andrea Mainini (Master Trainer and FITSWORD creators);

REQUIREMENTS:

• make sure to have enough space to do the exercises shown by your trainer;
• access to a broadband internet connection (with computer or tablet);
• 2 FITSWORD per person;
• Becoming a FITSWORD Trainer cannot be improvised. Before doing the Certification, you must have already trained with the 2 MONTHS TRAINING PLAN (that is available with the order of the FITSWORD): if you want to teach, you should have learnt at least the fitness, freestyle and combat techniques shown on the videos.
• IF YOU HAVE A TRAINING PARTNER THAT WANT TO GET THE CERTIFICATION, DO IT TOGETHER IN THE SAME LOCATION so we can check straight away how you apply the Combat Techniques.
