We've designed the course to be a continuous mix of theory and practice. We'll make sure that by the end of the day, you reach the expected level for a FITSWORD instructor.

Not everyone has the same knowledge or background, but don't worry – it's up to us to provide different levels of detail for each of you. Many of the things we'll cover will be easy, while others may be more challenging. But overall, they'll all be quite intense.

  1. Age Requirement: You need to be at least 18 years old to enroll in the course.
  2. Health and Fitness: It's essential to be in good health and physically fit for sports activities. If you're unsure, consult your doctor.
  3. Trainer Background: While not mandatory, it's highly recommended to have experience as a Fitness or Sport Trainer. This course assumes you already know training and teaching methods.
  4. Come prepared: This course isn't just a formality. We expect you've already been training with your FITSWORDs and practiced the video tutorials you received. Here, we'll ensure you have the skills and preparation needed
    to teach this discipline.
  5. Equipment: Bring your own FITSWORDs, spare changes of sport clothes (as we alternate theory and practice all day long), light food and plenty of water.

To earn your certification, you'll need to do two things:

1. Pass a multiple-choice test: You'll need to answer at least 80% of the questions correctly. This ensures that you've retained all the important concepts explained during the day.

2. Demonstrate proficiency with your FITSWORDS: If you're an instructor, you're the focal point for your students. You'll be in the spotlight, and others will naturally look to you, mirroring your style. Strive not just to learn the exercises, but to develop a style that is credible and convincing.


If you pass both the theoretical and practical parts, you'll become officially certified as a FITSWORD Instructor. This means you'll be listed on our website, allowed to use our logos, and eligible for discounts on FITSWORD purchases based on quantity.
Please note that passing the certification on the first attempt is not guaranteed. If you don't pass, we'll provide feedback on areas needing improvement, and you'll have another chance to try, sending us VIDEOS on which you show improvement on your weaknesses.

It's crucial to take this course and recommended workouts seriously and with dedication. Your commitment ensures the proper training of your future students.
