The hunched over posture that a biker (on a motorbike or on a bicycle) holds when riding, can put lot of stress on back, neck, shoulders and arms. To limit this struggle, you have to reinforce those muscles. And while the legs are a major source of power in cycling, the muscles that make up the core are the foundation. This is where all movement begins, including the circular motion of pedaling.
